So I heard these words in a movie and it made so much sense; “A compass points you to one direction and once you find it, you can never get lost.” We can actually relate it to our lives. Life can pull us in different directions, distraction here and there, making you settle for just about anything so long as you follow its trend. We can actually find ourselves bending to lives choices unintentionally when we don't know our “TRUE NORTH”-”OUR FATHER”. He is the only one that can give us our true map and guide, He is the only one that can show us the way despite the distractions we are faced with. He is the only one that can lead us safely and help us arrive at our destination(fulfil purpose) despite the ups and down. No wonder in Matthew He said, “I am the way, the truth and the life...” If you will allow Him today, He is ever ready to give answers to as many that calls upon Him. Good morning my ladies. Trust we are doing well. In the spirit of the weekend, there’s something I would love to share with us. Here it is; Been attractive is not all a woman needs to get a good man. You can be attractive and yet be giving what I call a “RED light” to all single men around you. In order to get a good man, you need to shine what I call your “GREEN LIGHT” and I will explain what I mean by this in the next paragraph. Here are a few tips 🗒🗒in enjoying everyday life; Just go ahead and be what you were made to be, without enviously or pridefully comparing yourself with another, or trying to be something you are not. If you help, just help, don't take over; if you give encouraging guidance, be careful that you don't get bossy; if you're put in charge, don't manipulate; if you're called to give aid to people in distress, keep your eyes open and be quick to respond; if you work with the disadvantaged, don't let yourself get irritated with them or depressed by them. I’m going to be sharing a few lessons have learnt in the past month in the next few weeks. I hope it reaches to you😊 Firstly, God always keeps His promises. He has a way of answering our prayers, sometimes in a way that we don’t understand or expect. He might not give us exactly what we are asking for rather He would bring us into a process that works out what we are asking for, like teaching us to fish than handing us fishes. One thing is sure that when we are done we would become an embodiment of what we are asking and we would have built capacity for what we have received. So I was on board to Lagos and on arriving Ore, as usual our bus pulled over so we can ease ourselves and also purchase whatever we wanted. So like the others I went inside to ease myself and on exiting the cafeteria, a young man walked up to me and asked me to please patronise them since it was morning. “Am so sorry sir, I really don’t need anything, and am not even with money to purchase anything” I replied and even if I wanted anything it would be something hot because I had a cough and was feeling a bit feverish that morning but then he insisted. “Even if it’s a bottle of water or Fanta, it would mean a lot to us”. After much persuasion I was about settling for a bottle of Fanta because there was no way I would get something hot here. As I made way to purchase the Fanta I said to man “sincerely what I would have loved was a cup of hot tea” immediately he told the girl at the other side of the counter to quickly make me a cup of hot tea. “Wow who would have thought that I would ge...
What are you saying? I have discovered that our words have a way of affecting our beliefs and ultimately our actions. I remember when I was younger, when we felt bad about ourselves, we were told of an amazing song: “God made me I am wonderfully made ...He gave me one nose, one head...” And when we were done singing this song repeatedly, we felt better knowing that we were made perfect by God. The words changed our belief and affected how we saw ourselves and it still works. The words we say to ourselves on a regularly sits in our subconscious mind and has a way of affecting our beliefs and actions so be careful what you say because you just might become. #What are you saying #Lovinglife360 #Phavie loves you
Have had to ask myself sometimes especially when the road is seeming too rough, if am in the will of the Father? This is because most times we’ve been taught that when we are in the father’s will, things are expected to fall into place giving birth to smooth plans but I found out that it’s not always like that. Yes it’s beautiful to be sure that you are in the father’s will but then don’t doubt that voice or conviction just because the road is rough. It can be smooth or rough but be sure that once “He has said it, He will not stop till it’s finished” and “He will sure make all things beautiful in His time.” So don’t give up yet because “He knows the plans that He has for you, thoughts of good and not evil to give you an expected end” #Knowing the will of the father #Lovinglife360 #Happy new month #Phavie loves you

The foundation of a man’s life is either made or marred at this stage and getting it right can be so confusing. Everyone wants to be a part of your success story by giving you hints in how you should live the life. I just want to help you out by bringing to your remembrance that only the manufacturer of a thing is in the best position to define His product. We are all products of one man and Ge has made us in His image and likeness so no matter how confusing this stage can be, it can never be confusing to Him because He knows our ends from the beginning. So I was doing a study yesterday and I found that prayer is really not about what we say or who says what but the heart that says it (more like the why it’s been said) Acts 10 tells us that the man Cornelius who was a gentile(unbeliever) but a respecter of God. He prayed (even when he was a sinner) because he feared God and his prayers were answered and He was also given a vision from God. So it wasn’t about who he was(a sinner) but his heart towards God(his motive to please God). Sometimes we have a thousand and one requests to bring to God and wonder why we don’t get answers. Sometimes we need to stop and check our heart’s posture before God, the motive behind the request. We need to be able to see beyond ourselves when we pray. It’s not bad to ask for personal things but let it all be according to the will of the Father. 1 John 5:14. I pray that the Lord will open the eyes of our understanding to better understand His will for us and be able to ask for the right things when w...
“What Would Jesus Do” was a phrase I heard in my teenage before I saw the book which was really exciting as it contained majorly stories of teenagers with one issues or another and how they were reminded to stop at some point in these worry moments to ask themselves What would Jesus do(WWJD) and at that point most of them got a new light to their challenges. You may say it sounds a bit like a cliche or a fairytale movie but one thing I know for a fact is that God’s presence changes everything. His voice calms the storm and His love heals the broken hearted and I believe strongly that if He did it before he can do it again. So even if WWJD sounds like a cliche, I choose to believe it because I know that what He Would Do Would CHANGE EVERYTHING.
“Trust and Obey” is one of my favourite hymns and one phrase easily heard in church but let’s take a pause and really look at the word TRUST and OBEY . TRUST is complete dependence on someone or something while OBEDIENCE is complete submission. These two words holds the key to complete happiness in Christ according to the psalmist but then if we truly look at it we would find that indeed it does. Happiness can truly be found in Christ if we complete depend on Him and obey His word to the latter. Sometimes when we don’t find the happiness, it is either because we trust without obedience, or we obey nonchalantly. We believe what He says He will do but we are not willing to do what he has said we should do and sometimes when we do, it’s just to fulfil all righteousness but not trusting in our heart. We unconsciously fix alternatives because of our doubts. When working with God, we need to fix our complete resolve in Him knowing that “He will never leave us nor forsake us and tha...
Have you had to trust God trivially for anything? Especially when you felt it was almost impossible to get a miracle and you just said one of those religious phrases _“Baba God abeg do this for me”,_ just to fulfil all righteousness and from nowhere, at that point when you were expecting but not expecting a miracle, you magically received a miracle and sometimes even more than you expected. Days like this should constantly keep our faith and trust in God when the going gets tough because despite our knowing that He can always do more than we can ask or think, we have seen Him loving us at our weakest hour even when it seemed like we didn’t deserve it. And on days when you feel like there is a delay, be sure His love whispers peace within and trust that all things will always work together for good for them that love the Lord. #Trusting completely #Have a great day #loving life 360
