I WANT TO TEACH MY CHILD SEX

“I WANT TO TEACH MY CHILD SEX”.......a statement like this is hardly heard in this part of the world so, imagine the look on my friends face when she saw me reading a book with that title. Sex of all things to teach your child,............well yea SEX.

I believe this book is of very great importance because;

Sex is a word that cannot be done away with especially in this part of the world. It’s found in almost every lyrics, most novels and also lips of teens. So if you don’t talk about it be sure your kids would learn about it either way.

The topic sex is taught from various beliefs and different perspectives. What you would consider not appropriate might actually be a “no big deal for the next person” so am sure you would want to be careful the kind of perspective your child presents with.

Kids are quick to learning things especially stuffs like this. They are usually open to informations from friends, classmates and even their teachers. You might be surprise what they know if you give them a chance to let it out.

Giving your kids a first hand informations puts them on the edge when the negatives come rolling in because trust me they will definitely come. It helps them hold firm, fit in properly and be ready to answer every “nasty” question. Hmmm

Teaching sex to kids would want to make them try it out some may say but really if you do nothing, they would hear of it either way. So why not take charge of this area and be sure of sound and selective listening for your kids.

I know you are thinking how should I as a mum come to my 10year old and talk about sex ? Worry not.
