YOU'VE BEEN ABUSED AND SO???
“you were raped, and so ?” These were the words said to me by my friend on a cool evening after listen to my pathetic story. Now, some persons will take that reply as being “harsh”. I had same thought though. But after pondering for a while 🤔🤔 i think it is prudent to say he showed utter care. Here’s the point, some of us have really been through some odd situations while growing up. Been sexually or emotionally abused has probably lead to some negative actions or attitude portrayed by some persons. Now, the fact that you've been through some odd stuffs shouldn't be an excuse for any failure you make in life or a yard stick for you to continue making wrong choices. Yes, it hurts that you were raped by an uncle, aunty or whoever.....it hurts that you were left all alone to suffer or abandoned......it hurts...
